Refund policy

We hope you love your Slowhaus pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll take care of you.

Returns
You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at studio.sherlockk@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the returns process. 

Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds don’t include the original shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it immediately.
